Yes. All watches in our workshop are covered by our specialist horological insurance policy. For postal repairs, we use fully insured, tracked couriers and provide packaging guidance to ensure your watch arrives safely.

Absolutely. Where water resistance is a stated feature of the watch, we replace all seals and gaskets during servicing and conduct a pressure test before returning the watch to you. We will document the result in your service certificate.
No problem at all. There is no obligation and no charge for the diagnostic assessment or quote. We will return your watch to you exactly as received. For postal returns, a standard return postage fee applies.
Simply contact us, describe your watch and issue, and we will send you detailed packaging guidelines. Use a secure box with ample padding. We recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery or a similar tracked insured service. Once received, we will acknowledge safe receipt by email or phone.
Yes. All repairs carried out by Meridian Watch Repair are covered by a comprehensive 12-month warranty on both parts and labour. This excludes damage caused by accidental impact, misuse, or water ingress following unauthorised case opening.
